FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Velvenight offers free shipping on all orders to all destinations. No minimum order value. No exceptions.

 

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

The following are estimated delivery timeframes from the date of dispatch:

- Australia: 7–14 business days
- New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- United States: 12–20 business days
- Canada: 12–20 business days
- United Kingdom: 12–20 business days
- European Union: 14–25 business days
- Rest of World: 14–30 business days

These are estimates only. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, weather events, or carrier delays. During peak periods (November–January) please allow additional time.

 

TRACKING
Every order includes tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation email.

 

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For international orders, your order may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Velvenight. We have no control over customs processing times, which may add to your delivery estimate.

 

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with our shipping partner and resolve the issue promptly.
