30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We stand behind every Velvenight order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Excluding hyigene products, which are only eligible for a replacement or store credit if they have been opened or used. 

 

HOW TO RETURN

Use the Contact Us form to reach out with your order number and we will guide you through the return process. You do not need to provide a reason.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return and will be issued to your original payment method.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost — no return required.
