1. Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible after ordering through our Contact Us page. We will do our best to make changes before dispatch. 

2. What is your returns policy?

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee — If you're not completely happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Unused items in original packaging are eligible for a full refund. For hygiene products that have been opened or used, we'll offer a replacement or store credit.
